  • Pharmacy Connect is designed to be highly flexible while remaining compliant and scalable. Each pharmacy receives a custom-branded e-commerce website, built on WordPress, tailored to their branding, services, and customer journeys. Pharmacies own their URL and Stripe account, ensuring brand control and continuity.

    ​

    Beyond the initial service (e.g. weight-loss treatments), the platform can be expanded to include additional clinical services and product modules. New services are added through bespoke consultation flows and treatment pages, with a one-off development cost depending on complexity, after which they operate under the same revenue-share model. This allows pharmacies to grow their digital offer over time without needing to rebuild their platform.

  • There are two available options for pricing:​

    ​

    1. No up-front fee, and 15% of gross monthly revenue on an ongoing basis. This includes ongoing technical support​​

    ​

    2. £5,000 for the site template alone, which is set-up and ready for use.

  • Prescribing decisions remain fully under the control of the pharmacy. The platform supports remote consultations via dynamic health questionnaires, which feed into a pharmacist dashboard for review and approval.
     

    Pharmacies may supply medicines via:

    • PGDs, or

    • Independent prescribers, depending on their clinical setup
       

    The system includes logic-based medication recommendations, but no medication is supplied without professional review and approval. All regulatory responsibility sits with the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with GPhC and MHRA standards and maintaining patient safety at every step.

  • Pharmacy Connect is designed to integrate smoothly with day-to-day pharmacy operations:
     

    • A pharmacist dashboard centralises consultation reviews, approvals, and patient records

    • Automated delivery notes support fulfilment and dispatch

    • The platform is designed to integrate with existing PMR systems, reducing duplication and administrative burden

    • Separate journeys for new and returning patients streamline repeat prescribing
       

    This means pharmacies can adopt e-commerce without disrupting established workflows, staffing models, or clinical governance processes.

  • Patient data security is built into the platform by design. The pharmacy acts as Data Controller, with 11 London as Data Processor, under a formal Data Processing Agreement.
     

    Key safeguards include:

    • UK GDPR-compliant data handling

    • Secure hosting, HTTPS encryption, and role-based access controls

    • Data stored and processed within the UK/EEA

    • Clear breach notification and audit processes

    • Sub-processors (e.g. hosting, payments) bound by equivalent data-protection obligations
       

    Patient data always remains the property of the pharmacy, and may be deleted or returned on termination of the agreement

  • Pharmacy Connect is fully supported by a dedicated technical and digital team:

    • Hosting, maintenance, security updates, and uptime monitoring included

    • SLA-backed support during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm)

    • Fast response times for critical, major, and minor issues

    • Ongoing optimisation and performance reporting

    • Initial PPC activity included to help drive demand and competitiveness
