Project Manager Job Description
We're looking for a Project Manager with a passion for all things digital to join our growing team at 11 London – an independent creative communications agency based in Chiswick, working in the fields of health and humanity.
You will be joining a busy and fast-paced office, so you'll need to be calm and confident in working with both colleagues and clients. You should be organised, methodical with a good eye for detail, proactive, and able to easily adapt to your working environment. You must also have good written and verbal communication skills.
Working alongside a Business Director you will help with project specs, plan schedules and budgets, and organise the workflow for our team of creatives, designers, planners and developers. Some of the team are freelance and/or work remotely, so you should be
comfortable organising work without being face-to-face.
Responsibilities include the tasks below:
Operating as a point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, longlasting relationships that are growing commercially.
Acting as the ‘voice of your client’ internally, understanding their needs, gathering their requirements and with the help of our internal teams, transforming them into compelling solutions both digital and offline.
Understanding the process of scoping, designing, developing, testing and releasing products and guiding your clients through these cycles.
Managing the project process, updating clearly and effectively to all stakeholders by weekly status report/calls and or meetings.
When required, liaise with outsourcing and freelancers as well as helping to manage the workload.
Dealing with the financial side of your projects and develop and maintain key account plans to achieve financial targets.
Identifying and growing commercial opportunities.
Understanding the needs of each client to define and drive their business.

Skills, knowledge and experience required:
2 years of work experience in a professional office environment.
At least 1 year’s experience working as a Digital Project Manager or as a Junior Project Manager.
Ideally you will be agency-side and experienced at running multiple projects.
An understanding of the client-supplier relationship and the conduct required when liaising with clients.
Have a keen interest in all things tech. You are excited by the prospect of increasing your knowledge of web/mobile development, digital marketing, UX design, and more!
Willingness to work on non-digital projects if required.
Organisation and attention to detail will be beyond question, capable of hot-desking and working from home with no loss of efficiency.
You will need to be personable, driven, self-motivated and an effective people person.
You'll love problem solving and making a difference both inside and outside of the agency.
